What is D12 Dice Roller?
The 12-sided dice is also known as a Dodecahedron each face is a regular pentagon. D12 is used to determine hours or months, d10 is not the most common dice used in D&D but commonly utilised for damage rolls much like d10, d12 is also used to resolve damage from specific weapons or spells.
There are different types of dice, depending on the number of sides and faces they have. For example, D4 has four sides. Similarly, D12 have twelve sides.
They have numbers 1 to 12. You can also change the number value for each surface. This depends on the game it's used for.

A D12 is a Regular dodecahedron which is a Platonic solid whose faces have twelve regular pentagons.
The sum of the numbers on the opposite face is usually thirteen. A D12 is shaped like Rhombic Dodecahedron, which is a Catalan Solid rather than a Platonic solid, and whose faces are twelve rhombuses..
Uses of D12 Dice Roller:
D12 is one of the less frequently used dice in the standard set, partially because 2d6 can generate the same range of outcomes with easy available dice.
D12s are the best dice for rolling, and twelve-sided d4s and d6s are many times used by players instead of standard 4-sided & 6-sided varieties.
In Dungeons & Dragons, d12s uses are relatively less. Certain large weapons in some editions of the game use the d12 to calculate damage in games like D&D, and the barbarian class uses the d12 for their hit dice in later editions of the specific game.
D12 is used rarely in magic spells or other contexts. It is the less frequently used dice in the d20/OGL system. Besides all dice, d12 is used very rarely in all role-playing games.
